Littlefield Personal Training was started in 1998. Through years of dedication, I have been able to design programs that are tailored to each individual client. This involves timing between exercises, amount of weight, length of aerobic techniques and combining them to the clients’ satisfaction. I offer a variety of ways to reach your goals. My vast experience in sports combined with my enjoyment of continuing my own education in the genre, opens up all kinds of possibilities. Aerobic, strength, balance, reaction time, focus and any combination is offered. Boxing, kick boxing, plyometrics (jumps of all sorts). All programs are prepared for each person’s interests.
Professional, commercial, fitness equipment without the crowds
This studio is a private studio which allows for total concentration on the client during their hour training. Each piece of equipment used is cleaned before the session. Total privacy, confidentiality are guaranteed any answers to any questions the client has.

I have trained 16-year-old competitive downhill skiers and 84-year-old retired professors with walking assists and pretty much everything in between. Many retired clients and people who have been advised to get in better health for high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, weight loss and strength for bone density and fear of falling and injuring hips, wrists etc. Most of my clients want to be able to stay active or retain the energy and activity they have enjoyed in their lives. I have trained clients with chronic illnesses and injuries. I get great satisfaction when they see that that they can work out as well as anyone with guidance and assistance.
Measuring Success
Witnessing client’s progress isn’t just about the physical gains, but also about the boost in self-confidence and pride experienced when an individual surpasses their own expectations. Many clients started working with me who have back pain, knee issues, and shoulder discomfort (as some examples). But with patience and persistence, they are able to conquer obstacles and overcome barriers to mobility that they once thought were impossible.
I’ve guided countless individuals to reach their weight loss and strength goals, all while emphasiziing that we’re not all Olympic competitors. Instead, we’re interested in helping regular people prioritize their health and fitness, and strive to be the best version of themselves. It is our focus on overall wellness that truly sets us apart from other personal trainers, ensuring that our clients not only achieve short-term success, but also embrace a sustainable approach to lifelong health!
